Zoomtopia

As the Creative Lead for Zoomtopia, Zoom’s flagship annual conference, I played a pivotal role in shaping the narrative and visual identity of the event, themed “Balance the Future.” My responsibilities extended across various facets, showcasing my proficiency in strategic creativity and project management.

One of my primary contributions was conceptualizing and developing the overarching theme and narrative for Zoomtopia. This involved crafting a compelling tagline that encapsulated the essence of the event’s focus on the latest technological advancements for enhanced workspace collaboration.

To ensure alignment with leadership objectives, I presented the event theme to stakeholders, garnering their valuable input and support. Subsequently, I authored a comprehensive creative brief for external agencies, providing them with a roadmap to execute the vision effectively.

In collaboration with a 3D designer, I curated a versatile library of assets reflecting the event's branding. This expansive collection encompassed a diverse range of colors and elements, forming the basis for an extensive branding kit. Conducting a project kickoff with the event agency, I facilitated the seamless integration of these assets, ensuring consistent application of the concept and branding across all event touchpoints.
